SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping and Return Policy for IINFINITII ADVENTURE TACTICAL
Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy. If more than 30 days have passed since you received your product, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. For items sent directly to the supplier, we must receive instructions from the supplier to process a refund.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at iinfinitii.industries@gmail.com.

Shipping for Returns
To return your product, please contact us for the shipping address at iinfinitii.industries@gmail.com . You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. For items over R1000, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of your returned item.
